Approval

There is an HOA approval process per the condominium By-Laws, that all the occupants (tenants) on the lease need to be approved by the HOA Board of Managers "BOM". Tenants must execute the attached application and submit all documents and fees. The application along with all relevant documentation, will then be submitted to the BOM for approval.

The application packages must be in one complete package so no partial submission. That means no digital submission nor electronic fee payment; everything must be in paper include paper checks.
