Move in/out and deliveries, especially reserve the bigger elevator for bulk furnitures, can only take place Monday-Friday between 9:00AM - 4:00pm. No weekend nor holidays. All move-in/out and deliveries must be scheduled and approved at least 48-72 business hours in advance
A $1,000 refundable move in/out fee is due by certified bank check or money order made payable to The Irvin Condominium.

You might be also required to provide a Certificate of Insurance especially if hiring a moving company
Call Superintendent manager Elinor at (646) 647-4785, or send an email to elinor@theirvin.com to schedule the move. Then hand in $1,000 check to live-in super on the day of move. This works well if you are already a building resident, such as moving out
